Katharine Sory
Katharine (Kate) Sory is an illustrator and visual development artist from South Florida. She has an MFA in Illustration from the Savannah College of Art and Design, 2023 and a BA in Fine Art and Art History with a concentration in Medieval and Classical studies from the George Washington University (Summa cum laude, class of 2020). She received the Presidential Scholarship of the Arts from the Corcoran School of Art and Design in 2016. Katharine has been a freelance illustrator since 2020 and is actively seeking an in house opportunity.
Her passions include live theatre, board games, reading, and kickball. Until recently she worked as a studio assistant at Red Fern Fine Art Studio, working on a stained glass project.
